Mark Your Calendars for the Bon Voyage Party of the Season June 13 at 5:30 PM This is a wonderful opportunity for newcomers to learn about CISV and for us to showcase the delegations that we are sending to places far and wide. It is a chance for both our chapter and people new to CISV learn about international travel programs and CISV in general as well as to create community within the chapter.
The following is a schedule for the day, please attend all activities pertaining to you. Everyone is Welcome for the dinner, presentations and announcements. June 13, 2010 Grace Presbyterian Church, 1009-15 Ave SW (downstairs) 2:30 - 3:30 PM - Arrival, set-up 3:30 - 4:30 PM - Home stay orientation (for families providing homestays for Village Delegates) 4:30- 5:30 PM - Forms (Filling out and notarizing for travelling delegates) 5:30 - 6:30 PM - Potluck dinner (everyone is invited) 6:30 - 7:30 PM - Presentations and Announcements (everyone invited) NOTE: Please be sure to bring a dish for the potluck dinner! (Please bring extra food - teenagers eat a lot). If you are going to be late, please have someone bring your food early so all the food is there by 5:30!
